labo00 collects only information required to provide our service. This includes user email address and location information.
We do not share any personal information with third parties. All information collected would only be used within labo00. Unless getting user consent or required by law or regulations, we would not disclose user information to parties not recognized by our customers.
Your location information will only be disclosed when 1. You use a fakecode to unlock the message; 2. You use the Send Out button to send the message; or 3. When you cannot deactivate the message before the sending time you set.
In above three situations, the contacts you selected in the corresponding message (people who received your notification or email) will be able to access your location for 7 days. You can ask them person by person to tap the "report save" button under your name in their contacts to stop viewing your location before the 7 days duration.
labo00 takes appropriate steps to protect the personal data we hold against loss, disclosure, unauthorized access, modification and improper use. We hope you understand though that, despite our efforts input, no security measures can be guaranteed 100% impenetrable.
